Creativity is at the heart of everything we do

We know that art and creativity is a lifeline for many people experiencing mental health issues.

We also believe that art can be a powerful tool for tackling stigma. Sharing art and opening up about our experiences can be the first big step towards greater understanding and empathy.

Find out below how we are using art to tackle mental health stigma, and provide a vital therapeutic outlet.
