Depression is lonely
Confusing
And sad
Just because I feel depressed
Doesn't mean I'm mad.

I feel confused about the way I feel
Why do I feel so bad?
These confusing thoughts inside my head,the silent tears I've cried, make feel so sad.
Who am I? What have I become?
I am... Depression
“I've suffered depression since I was young. It got really bad after having my daughter sixteen years ago, though with medication I learned to control it.
Now my 16 year old daughter suffers with severe anxiety ,which she's had since the age of 12. She's now going through counselling.
I believe there should be more awareness, and I believe the art of writing can help alleviate the harmful thoughts depression can bring.”
