“I’ve suffered with multiple mental health disorders combined with multiple health issues over the past ten years. I have had multiple therapies but the only time I can seem to let go, relax and feel “normal” is when I’m making art.
I like to use bold colours more than actual structures/people/ mostly with an abstract theme as I like it to portray what’s happening in the inside of my mind! I think art therapy should be used around the world and become more popular than Freudian therapy as it really is brilliant for calming the mind.”
